强制注销中国户口不等于注销中国国籍 回国定居后可再申请

海外华人获得他国绿卡或在他国定居的，必须得注销户口，同时注销中国居民身份证。但如果获得批准回中国定居，还可以重新申办常住户口和居民身份证。
