储备银行警告：KiwiBuild可能大幅排挤私营住房建设，导致建房费用上涨！

储备银行的KiwiBuild报告称:“尽管KiwiBuild预计将在10年内提供10万套保障性住房，但鉴于建筑业目前和预计的状况，在不排挤大量其他住宅建设的前提下，实现这一目标是不太可能的。”
